Founded in 1994, Zanders is recognized as a leader in treasury management, risk management, and corporate finance. From our offices in the Netherlands, Belgium, United Kingdom and Switzerland, we service corporates, financial institutions and organizations in the public sector.

The firm is headed by a board of six managers, who bear responsibility among other things for the professional development of Zanders' employees and the quality of its services. All our consultants have a university education and a Master's Degree relevant to the field they work in. Overall, the team offers a broad mix of specializations, nationalities and professional experience. Zanders is always on the lookout for strong professional talent that can contribute to the further growth of the organization.

Sollicitatieprocedure

Normally you have two interviews. The first interview will be done by HR and a leading professional from the practice you would like to work for. During the next interview you will be interviewed by two experienced colleagues. So you will meet as many colleagues as possible during the recruitment process. We hope this will allow you to establish whether there is a match between yourself and Zanders. The sequence of the interviews depends on the job opening you are applying for.
